This game targets the Breath! Yes, you do have to catch yourself in the middle of the stress moment
and then play this game. Think of an elevator shaft sitting inside your body in front of the spine.
Think of a free falling elevator in the shaft...BABOOM hitting bottom. You will find after playing
the game that the elevator takes the energy of the stress that sits in the upper body and pulls it down, as it free falls,
into the lower body and disipates it! It also brings the breath into the belly where it belongs 24/7. Now you are in control!
